My love for hockey would not be the same if I didn't like the New York Rangers. The New York Rangers are such a great team. The whole atmosphere of Madison Square Garden is amazing. People chanting, the glass being banged on, Little kids looking up to there favorite players, all happens at a Ranger game. As a team they give so much to the community and to charity. Through the Garden of Dreams they give kids who don't have too long to live something to be happy about. The reason why I love the Rangers so much is because i share this love with my dad. We have been fans all of my life, and he has been a fan since he was a kid.My favorite player is Hendrick Lundquist. He is the teams goalie, and has the nickname of "the king" because hes very good. Being at the game makes a fan feel like they are at home, and allows them to have a great time. Whether I am at home or at the game, I love the New York Rangers.
